  • Oats (rolled oats, instant oats)
  • Cereal (whole grain, low sugar options)
3. Proteins:
    • Canned meat (tuna, chicken, salmon)
    • Peanut butter
    • Canned beans (black beans, kidney beans)
    • Dried beans (lentils, chickpeas)

    4. Dairy:
      • Shelf-stable milk (powdered milk, evaporated milk)
      • Canned or boxed milk alternatives (soy milk, almond milk)
      • Cheese (individually wrapped slices)
      5. Non-Perishable Snacks:
        • Granola bars
        • Crackers
        • Nuts
        • Dried fruit

              6. Condiments:

              • Cooking oil
              • Salt and pepper
              • Spices (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
              • Salad dressing
              • Ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise

              7. Fresh Produce (as available):

              • Fruits (apples, oranges, bananas)
              • Vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots)

              Note: Please consider the dietary needs and preferences of recipients and aim for a balance of nutritious and culturally appropriate items. Regularly check and rotate stock to ensure freshness and avoid waste. Additionally, it's beneficial to accept and distribute donations of fresh produce from local farms or gardens when possible.
